We all build walls for self protection. Many of us build walls with food and weight. Big, soft padded walls that keep out all the hurt. Others build walls with alcohol, drugs, or sex. Still others are workaholics. At the time that we originally built these walls, we needed them. They may have literally saved us. But do we need them now? From what are they still protecting us? Where can you start to chip away even just a small piece of your walls today?
