It is difficult to witness the chaos in the world and not feel chaotic ourselves. When you feel this way, connect to your breath, to your inner guidance, and to that place in your body that knows what peace feels like. Spend as much time there as you need to become centered again. The world may be chaotic, but it needs people who know peace.
