Never underestimate the power of a good night's sleep. Conversely, never underestimate the irreparable damage done when you don't get enough sleep, especially when you're consistently sleep-deprived. Besides feeling good in the morning, rest provides natural anti-aging & minimizes wrinkles & dark circles. Plus, when we're well-rested, we don't reach for artificial energy sources, like caffeine & sugar, which can result in a crash later. Make a commitment to yourself to ensure you get the rest you need, rather than trying to play catch up later. Close the computer, turn off the light...the undone tasks can be done later.
