At the need of a yoga session, we practice "savasana", a state of complete relaxation & integration of all that we just accomplished. This is not a state with which we gift ourselves often, and yet rest is a vital part of healing. Where can you fit in brief savasana's each day? You don't have to lie flat on your back; simply find a quiet place & spend 5 minutes breathing in relaxation & peace, integrating all you've accomplished so far that day. Do this several times throughout the day & notice how your overall outlook improves.
