Letting go is a valuable skill. Recognizing if what you need to let go is your stuff or someone else's is even more valuable. Today, where can you identify stuff that isn't yours, that unnecessarily holds a burden for you, and start to let it go?
There are so many things in life over which we have no control, yet we still throw our valuable time, energy, & personal resources into the issue. Today, make a list of everything in your life that stresses or worries you. Honestly assess how much control you have over each concern. Then let go--truly release--each one that you can't control. Feel the lightness that remains.
