Life often seems too short, yet your essence is eternal. So do great things, or small things, forgive easily and find opportunities for heartfelt gratitude, and don't forget that your spirit lives on in each action, each person you touch.
When you find yourself in a situation where you feel you have no control, remember that you always have the option to see things differently, with love, compassion, and gratitude instead of bitterness, regret, and fear. It may not immediately change your situation, but may ofder you a new perspective you never before considered.
As we go into the holiday season, let us not forget to hold onto the feelings of gratitude from Thanksgiving, to connect daily with the inner light that sustains us, and to carry these with us into the new year.
