Just because you learned it that way, doesn't make it true. And just because you consider new possibilities, doesn't mean you have to give up your dearest beliefs. Open. Allow. Be a flowing river, not a stagnant pool.
There are times when you need to power through, but don't forget to be gentle with yourself during the process. Take quiet moments to breathe in between the action, and once your work is complete, allow yourself to fully experience the release that inevitably comes with difficulty or change.
If you keep looking for that one job, class, guru, business partner, friend, lover who will be the answer to all your needs, you will continue to be disappointed. It's all within you already to do or be whatever you want. People and situations will come along to help you, but you are your own superstar. Go shine!
Everyone is on their own path. You must meet them where they are, not where you want them to be. Meet yourself there too.
Things change, people change. And that's OK. It's supposed to be that way. Change may not be comfortable, but without it, we become stagnant. Don't accept the comfort of staying the same for the fear and uncertainty of growth.
In all things, put faith forward. Get out of your head and into your heart, have the courage to trust in your own divine guidance.
When we hold our emotions close, when we're strong for everyone but ourselves, we may avoid additional pain, but we also close the door for others who may want to be open with us. Allow yourself, bit by bit, to open, even in the face of ridicule or pain. Allows others the gift of knowing both your joy and your struggles.
The winds of change aren't always blowing. It just feels that way in a chaotic life. When you practice stillness, you are then able to experience consistency and calm for periods of time. And when it's time for change again, you're recharged & ready to take action!
